How we got here
From one problem to a platform.
HHS was built by operators who saw firsthand how independent practices were losing ground — not because of clinical quality, but because of operational disadvantage. Billing inefficiencies, compliance gaps, technology debt, and recruiting challenges were pushing talented physicians toward employment or early exits.
We started by solving one problem at a time — billing for one practice, then credentialing for another, then staffing, then compliance. What emerged was a full-stack management platform that could run every non-clinical function under one roof. The model worked because it was built from the inside out — by people who had actually run clinics.
Today HHS supports a growing portfolio across urgent care, family medicine, occupational health, behavioral health, and more. Our brands — Hybrid Health Clinics, Hybrid Risk, Industrial MD, and MindVibe — serve as both proof of concept and growth engine for the HHS model. We don't just advise practices on how to operate. We operate them.
